Short and in plain words. These cover the website; the Ares platform is covered by the terms you accept on the Azure Marketplace.

Who we are
This website, ares-networks.com, is operated by Beyond Aerospace Ltd., trading as Ares Networks ("Ares Networks", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By using the site, the sandbox or the developer tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The product is covered by its own terms
These terms cover the website only. Use of the Ares platform is governed by the terms you accept when you subscribe on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, or by the agreement you sign with us. Where they differ from these terms, they win.
Using the site
- Use the site, the sandbox and the tools for lawful purposes, and only as they are offered.
- Do not try to break, overload, probe or get around the sandbox limits, the rate limits or the isolation of the demo network.
- Do not paste personal, confidential or classified information into the sandbox or the tools.
- Do not use the site to build a competing product, or to scrape it at scale.
The sandbox and the tools
The sandbox runs real agents on an isolated demo network with mock identities. The records it shows are a replay of the run's decisions. Results from the developer tools are guidance, not a security assessment. Both are provided as they are, without warranty, and may change or stop at any time.
Content and marks
The text, design, software and the Ares Networks and Beyond Aerospace marks belong to Beyond Aerospace Ltd., trading as Ares Networks. You may quote the site and link to it. You may use the marks as the brand guide allows, and not in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Your submissions
When you send us a form or a message, you confirm you may share what is in it. We use it as the privacy policy describes.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
