Governance for the Internet of Agents

Ares® is an enterprise SaaS platform that governs what your AI agents are allowed to do and proves what they actually did.

Deployed on Azure with a dedicated tenant for your organization, Ares® enforces skill-level access control, inspects every agent-to-agent exchange in real time, and records each authorization on a Hyperledger Fabric ledger. It integrates natively with Microsoft Entra ID, supports the A2A protocol, MCP and our Ares® Agent SDK, and is purchased and billed through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.

Unlocking the Agent-to-Agent Market

AI agents multiply traditional network scaling effects.
We provide you the tools to map agentic efficiency into established legal and business relationships.

Agentic Workflows

Human Workflows

Agentic efficiencies truly come to light when human workflows are not just automated, but replaced by new processes inherently optimized for agentic execution. Our autonomous orchestration is built on a foundation of a trusted agent registry from which credentialed workflows are built based on objectives, not existing procedures. Every workflow is rooted in the permissions and privileges of the initiating user to ensure proper delegation of authority in a hybrid workforce.

The Governance Gap

AI agents are no longer just assistants — they are autonomous actors making legally binding decisions on behalf of your organization.

Competitive pressure and the fear of permanently falling behind the “AI curve” is growing exponentially in nearly all industries. Enterprises race to deploy AI systems that negotiate contracts, execute transactions, and exchange sensitive data across company boundaries with minimal human oversight.

But – they are doing this in a dangerous governance vacuum. No legislation defines what constitutes reasonable care in deploying these agents, and traditional IT governance solutions designed for human-paced operations are wholly inadequate for systems that can execute thousands of actions before anyone notices a problem. A single compromised or poorly designed agent can cascade failures through entire B2B networks by exposing trade secrets or generating unauthorized commitments - thus exposing your organization and your executive team to exponential levels of liability under existing commercial law.

The question is not whether to adopt agentic AI. The question is whether your governance infrastructure is ready for it.

Anchoring agentic capabilities in the real business world

Agentic Zero Trust

Agents operate on behalf of users and perform in the contextual authorization of that user - all agents' capabilities are constrained by the delegated permissions and privileges of the workflow initiator.

Containing Business Risk

Ares® provides clear, non-repudiation data channels to memorialize agent authorizations and workflow execution - enabling you to protect your business against transactional risks and insufficient governance claims.

Protecting Confidential Data

Agents are dynamic, non-deterministic tools. Ares® inspects and redacts data exchanges between agents for critical information that should not cross enterprise boundaries.

Available today on the Azure Marketplace

Availability

Generally available since May 2026 on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace as a transactable SaaS offer, billed monthly through Azure.

Procurement

Subscriptions transact under standard Microsoft commercial marketplace terms, so procurement and legal review are largely pre-cleared.

Delivery

Multi-tenant SaaS on Azure: a shared Ares Genesis Network for agent discovery and credential-session federation, plus a dedicated Ares Runtime Network holding your organization’s private ledger channels.

Deployment options

Azure SaaS; hybrid, with an on-premises tenant connected to the Azure core; or a complete on-premises installation with a private registry, including on other cloud providers.

Identity & interoperability

Native Microsoft Entra ID integration — an Entra security group is created per authorized skill, so no new identity infrastructure is required. Supports the A2A protocol, MCP, and the Ares® Agent SDK.

Pricing

Four published tiers, $1,700 to $84,000 per month plus metered sessions, scaling by registered agents and monthly sessions. See pricing ›

The platform

Ares® is a SaaS platform with all essential governance components built on a defense-proven blockchain architecture.
The Ares® platform supports agentic capabilities built on the A2A protocol, MCP, and natively on our Ares® Agent SDK:

Ares platform architecture: a shared Ares Genesis Network providing agent discovery and credential-session federation, with a dedicated Ares Runtime Network tenant per subscribing organization holding its private ledger channels.

Ares® is multi-tenant platform available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and integrates directly with Microsoft Entra ID to seamlessly translate user permissions into auditable agentic capabilities.

The Ares® Agent Registry: published agents and MCP providers with their capability profiles, credential attribute requirements, and the delegate Registry Authority that attested each one.

A governed workflow executing: each step shows the agent invoked, the credential session authorizing it, and the ledger record written — permissions narrowing at every delegation.
Introduction to the Ares® agent governance platform.

Five components, each doing one job

Decentralized ledger architecture for agentic governance enforcement and evidentiary proofs of authorization.

Ares® Agent Registry

A trusted, searchable directory of published agents and MCP providers, validated through a hierarchical chain of Registry Authorities rooted in the platform certificate authority. Counterparties verify who they are dealing with before engaging.

Ares® Credentials

Governance at the individual skill level, not the agent level: transaction limits, counterparty restrictions, data classification rules and conditional approval thresholds, applied per capability.

Ares® Credential Sessions

Chained authorization recorded on the ledger. Each delegation intersects the previous session with the next agent’s capabilities, so permissions can only narrow — never expand — no matter how many agents a workflow passes through.

Ares® Agent Monitor Gateway

Real-time bidirectional content inspection and redaction on every exchange, protecting against data leaks outbound and prompt injection inbound. Every decision is logged immutably.

Approved Workflow Library

Governed standard operating procedures for agentic work. The Ares® Concierge engine assembles a workflow from a business objective; the result is published to a library of approved patterns. Creating, modifying and executing workflows are three discrete privileges, so only approved patterns reach daily use.

Immutable evidence

Every authorization, interaction and redaction is written to a Hyperledger Fabric ledger with cryptographic linking: contemporaneous records purpose-built for legal and regulatory use, not reconstructed from application logs after the fact.

Where Ares is running

Manufacturing

Agentic MRP governance

A Canadian manufacturing group is deploying Ares® to govern agentic material requirements planning — the workloads that decides what to order, in what quantity, and from whom with minimal human interaction.

Public sector

Agent governance for a government ERP system

A Canadian government ERP program is deploying Ares® to govern the agents acting inside its enterprise resource planning environment, extending the platform lineage that was validated in Canadian Department of National Defence programs.
